It was clean, everyone was great and enthusiastic. There were exceptionally clean and warm rooms for an available table. Excellent and convenient location close to the attractions, exceeded all expectations. Overall my stay was fantastic and would love to come back.

Perfect and clean hotel, extremely comfy beds. Excellent location just a short walk away from a Clarence pier. About 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Well laid out and spotless room with private bathroom and an electric kettle and central heating. Family atmosphere. Pleasant staff of the venue.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to the sea front and easily accessible. We stopped by Cake Tin Delights for coffee and treats, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I really enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. All the staff were welcoming, accommodating. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from Promenade. Took a walk around city centre, located not too far away from the property.
